What information does receiver pick up the money?
The sender will be issued with a Unique Pin code which needs to be provided at the time of collection. The receiver will also need to confirm the amount and provide proof of Identification which is essential for collecting the payment
I forgot my password, how do I get online account?
Simply click on ‘Forgot my Password’ and you will be sent a password reset email. Alternatively, you can contact our office.
Are there any transaction charges?
We aim to avoid transaction charges for all our customers however some destinations have a fee that we cannot avoid. This breakdown will be provided before you send money on our website.
What information receiver to pick up the money?
For payment collection, receiver needs to provide the following:
- Transaction number (also known as payment number, pin number or pin code)
- Beneficiary’s valid photo ID as per destination country
What identification documents should I provide?
Proof of ID
- Colored Passport Copy
- Colored copy of full Austraila driving license
Proof of address
- Utility bill
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
- Official letter from any Australia Government body
Proof of funds: As per declared Source

- Pay/wage slips
- Credit card statement (document should contain identification such as name and account number
- House sale receipt, car sale receipt, etc
- Bank loan documents (including mortgages)
