For all corporate customers (including without limitation, registered domestic and foreign companies, registered associations, registered co-operatives, trusts, partnerships, government bodies or other statutory bodies (Corporate Customers), J Forex Money Transfer is required under the AML/CTF Laws to collect Personal Information of individuals (being a natural person or persons) who ultimately own or control (whether directly or indirectly) the Corporate Customer (Beneficial Owners). J Forex Money Transfer is required to collect Personal Information of Beneficial Owners to assist J Forex Money Transfer to verify information about the beneficial ownership and control of J Forex Money Transfer’s Corporate Customers.
